We get to know you and your cat
We discuss your cat’s routines and preferences, answer your questions, and go through the practical details, including access to your home. If you start with a call, we recommend a Meet & Greet afterwards, if you’d like to meet in person.
We prepare your Client Account
Digitally or with our help, you can add all the important information about your cat and your home to your client account. You can then simply book, manage and pay for your care plans online through your member account.
Visits and Updates Every Time
