Our standard visit is designed to keep your cat comfortable in their familiar routine while giving you peace of mind through reliable, consistent care.

Morning or afternoon time window

Visits are scheduled within a morning and/or afternoon time window. This gives you a clear idea of when to expect us, while giving us the time and flexibility to give your cat the calm, attentive care they deserve.

Safety & Support

Your cat’s safety and wellbeing come first. If we notice anything unusual, we follow a clear plan, take appropriate action and contact you promptly. We always aim to protect your cat’s familiar routine and make sure your home is left safe and secure.

Secure Access

We work with keys, lockboxes, or other agreed access methods, with clear procedures for handling and securely storing your keys and access details.

Standard visit · 30 min.

Thoughtful, dependable care with time for feeding, fresh water, litter box care and, of course, individual attention, always in keeping with your cat’s usual routine.

Some cats or households benefit from a little more time. You can easily add extra 10-minute blocks to your visit whenever needed.

Special Care

Some cats need medication, injections or a little extra care as part of their daily routine at home, when recovering from illness or surgery or after being discharged from hospital.

Some cats are easy to care for. Others make nail trims, medications, or grooming feel like a two-person job.

Our Special Care Visits are designed for exactly that: we come to your home, work with you, and handle the parts that are stressful, awkward, or physically difficult.

Medication Administration

We can administer medication by prior arrangement. We’ll discuss the details with you during the Meet & Greet and record the agreed instructions.

Home Concierge

Additional household tasks can be arranged with you in advance (Shop for cat food, litter, treats, or basic household supplies. Pick up prescriptions from the vet or pharmacy. Homecoming grocery stock-up or fridge check before you return. Light laundry (wash/dry/fold cat bedding or client items)).

An extra pair of hands

We can come to your home and be a second pair of hands, supporting you with your cat’s usual care when you need it. This service is suitable for situations where the care can be carried out safely for you, your cat and our sitter.
